Is the RxOnline Prescription Service Free?
Yes, This is a free Online service.
How Do I Upload My Prescription online?
You can upload a new prescription by selecting the “Upload My Prescription” option on the “new prescription request form”. Simply take a photo or upload an image of your prescription, and include any necessary comments for the pharmacist. A hard copy of the prescription is required when you collect your medication.
How to Order Repeat Prescriptions online?
Choose the “GP will send prescription” option on our Online Form and list the items you need. Your GP will handle sending the prescription directly to us.
When Should I Collect My Prescription from the Pharmacy?
It very depends on your medication, Allow couple of hours for your prescription to be processed. You will receive an email notification when it is ready for collection.
What to Bring When Collecting Prescriptions at the Pharmacy?
Bring the original hard copy of your prescription when you come to collect your medication.
